As part of our mandate we prepare strategic decisions, and coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders throughout the entire development process. We manage the administrative and operational processes of the project including strategic communications with Municipalities, Government Offices and other authorities; public relations and marketing communications; financing and sales
